Microsoft To Do Lists Disappearing

When I add a new List within Microsoft To Do - within a few minutes, it disappears.  I have no idea where it goes, and I am not able to continually add to it.  I was able to add a new group, and then created a few new lists to add to the group, but then the lists disappeared from there as well.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@apdsmith  Not that this is helpful in your situation as this is a "me too".   I have lists, I interact with daily.  They show in the Android app, but the web and the Windows app logged into the very same Microsoft account does not show those lists.  I even have tasks in "my day" on the app, and they do not appear on either the Web or the Windows app.
