Microsoft To Do attachments not uploading

Tried to upload many times aswell as various files to "To Do" to no success. Also some sync issues with shared list.

@Azuck1  I have the same problem and web search hasn't brought up any solution.  Sometimes I get an error message trying to upload, other times there is nothing...  the file just doesn't upload.  These are pdf's that are all under 1MB.   It's frustrating that some tasks can have files uploaded to but others, No.

I have a ToDo item where I've tried to attach a small image (<100k) and I get a weird circle as it it's a status indicator but nothing happens. Like Ian says, I have some items that sync but no real indication that there is an issue. C'mon MSFT!
