MacOS - "Account Switch Detected"

I'm trying to sign in to my work account on ToDo on MacOS. It was working previously but now I'm getting an error after I authenticate my login that says "Account Switch Detected". Tried deleting the app and reinstalling it, but keep getting the same error. I'm logged in to other MS apps on MacOS - Teams/Onedrive etc. I can log in with my personal account fine with the app.

Anyone know why this might be happening?

Hi @tnm81 i am also experiencing the same issue, have you received a response?

I think, in the end I managed to sign in by using a different email address. In my organisation we have two different email domain options and it worked when I used the alternate one (if that makes sense)
