How to report a bug? Moving tasks doesn't work properly when selecting a few tasks together

I found that on the to-do app on mac, it's not possible to move multiple tasks together. When selecting multiple tasks and trying to move them to another list, or to change their location up/down in relation to other tasks in the list, only one will move out of all of the selected ones, and I need to move them one by one to achieve the desired result.
