Hi, I am using Microsoft To Do on my private Microsoft Live account and would like to migrate my To Do items to my professional Microsoft 365 account.
I have understood that I first will have to export my To Do items from my Live account and then will have to import them to my 365 account.

I followed the procedure a week ago but the export file is still not ready. Normally this should take not more than 4 days.
What could I do to solve this issue?
