I am having a strange issue here. my organization added me as a guest to the team and now I am getting all the notifications from the team also I can see the team in right-hand side dropdown but when I click on it, it shows a loading screen from a few mints and gives me the above error.can anybody please help me to resolve the issue

Firstly, to be added as a guest, you should access an external tenant, if the org you want to access is the tenant of your account, you cannot access as guests. If the org is an external tenant, you should confirm that Guess Access is enabled for that tenant and you have been added as a guest by the team owner.

So, as you mentioned, it seems that you sign in your own organization with your account as a guest, based on my experience, it should be an expected behavior that you cannot sign in.
