For a few days, my desktop Teams app has gotten a problem where I can't call or receive calls from anyone in my firm. I tried to reinstall, delete cache and reinstall, restart my laptop and nothing works. I have to mention that Teams works on Chrome and on my phone just fine, but not the desktop app. Any ideas or suggestions?
Hello, yes. This is a very limited incident affecting a small number of users (considering how many are using Teams) using Teams desktop. I believe this will be handled backend as soon as possible so your best shot is to keep using Teams on the web and your phone for now. I would also reach out to the IT admin for your org. so they can register the issue with an official support ticket with Microsoft.
By the way, if possible, the quickest way to get the desktop app up and running again is to create a new Window profile.
