When a call comes in and the front desk person goes to transfer them, and then another calls comes in, the only option is for them to decline the incoming call so they can get the transfer screen for the 1st call back. Is there a way to fix this, or have a separate smaller window open for incoming calls during that process or something?
Seems to be an issue on the Microsoft Teams App for Yealink Devices. Can you check if you have any other model of device wherein you are facing the same issue. Had the services working ever or is it in a same state since Day1?
Need to be raised with Yealink for making the changes.
