Wrong user signed into Teams

Copper Contributor

Hello,

Been having a problem for the last little bit where one domain user will sign into a domain machine, login to teams and then either lock the machine or log out when they are done.  Another domain user will sit down at the same machine, login with their own credentials but the previous users teams will automatically sign in.  Any suggestions on how to prevent this?  Our on prem AD is synced with Azure and we use single sign on for O365 apps.  Outlook and all other office 365 apps don't appear to have this issue, just teams.

Thanks!

Hi @brettmpdc ,

Going through the detail you shared seems the user is Kiosk user and i guess this can be possible through separate license for these users Office 365 K1 or F1 license.

Microsoft renamed the license from K1 to F1 now.

Steps are as belo:

You can configure the Teams settings

  • Log into your Office 365 Admin Center.
  • Go to Settings on the left-hand pane.
  • Click Services and Add-ons.
  • Select Microsoft Teams.

At the top of the screen you will see a drop-down box, select Deskless Work (Kiosk). Enable the feature and Save.
