Win10 Teams Open file with "Desktop app" not showing

Hi,

Win10 Teams Open file with "Desktop app" not showing, when i try to open "Excel" in team by clicking top "Open" dropdown it is showing me only two options 1. "Edit in Teams", 2. "Open in browser". its not showing "desktop app". I am using premium personal account office 365.

This happens to me when the feature arrived to public preview and after some time, the three options to open Office files in Teams were available
