What data sources does WhoBot use in order to answer questions? Specifically if I ask "who knows about..." and give a topic that I know several users have knowledge of in my groups/teams, whobot does not return any results.
It seems whobot is not accessing any of the information the users have entered in their Delve profile information under skills. Is whobot only able to tell me about postings within Teams?

It seems that it only detects who based on their Teams usage (Mentions & Posts).

So is this data from the Microsoft Graph? Or is this another database?
Or what about Azure AD? Wouldn't WhoBot recognize established user accounts?

For the 'Who knows about' query it's looking at other messages in Teams, see how it ranks using the number of posts and @ mentions linked to that topic.

So the data source is created by the bot itself? The bot is the search engine and the database?

For 'Who knows about' yes it uses Teams message content.

Is there any documentation to this effect? We are trying to seed the who-bot with this information now, but I need some definitive answers for someone so they don't claim the "logical" information on Delve should be whats answered against.

Same question on my mind as @Scott Abbotts trying to seed info but not sure how. If you have any insights or anyone, would be great to know. :)
