White screen when viewing presented data or shared screen

I have one end user who states that when anyone shares their screen or application they just get a white screen. They're on a macbook and additionally state that when they do this on their Ipad its the same experience.

 

I haven't had them test on a windows device but seems to be following users profile. Had cleared users Microsoft team cache and uninstalled and reinstalled Teams to no avail. Seeing if someone else knows what to do please?
