Hi, we have deployed Teams into production and are having some issues with dropped calls (we all use the desktop Teams client)...I tried some newer 'Teams compatible' headsets and it seems to have mostly resolved the dropped calls issues...but we are now having issues with some interference (when headsets are close to each other) and distance. We have tried the Sennheisier DW5066 and Jabra Engage 75....and will be trying to Poly 8220 Office Microsoft one next.
Any suggestions?

Hi,
It could be Bluetooth interfering, try to turn down the strength/range or use cable.
Poly 8220 is a DECT headset so you should not have any problems with Bluetooth or other stuff interfering.
