Where is a pasted screenshot in a chat stored?

If I paste a screenshot in a Teams chat, where is it stored? Is it stored in the Exchange mailbox as part of the chat? I checked in OneDrive since uploaded files are stored there but it was not there.

Hi,

They are saved in a media service running in azure, Teams clients writes and reads there. Then they are also saved in Exchange Mailbox for compliance.

Is there a way for me to easily access them in exchange? I am trying to hunt down a screenshot I was sent over Teams a few months ago.
