What is this Cert Request?

I attached the screenshot of the Teams error I got this morning. Most of our users received cert this morning when opening teams. Most only have the option for MS-Organization-Access and once they click that its fine and opens Teams.

But why is this coming and how automate this so users don't need to see this.
