Wechsel zwischen den Organisationen mit zwei Accounts mit derselben E-Mail Adresse

Guten Tag,

ich habe bei einem Webhoster eine eigene Domain und dort auch ein E-Mail Postfach. Etwa: nrasd@nrasd.de

Ich habe mir ein persönliches Teams Konto erstellt mit der E-Mail Adresse nrasd@nrasd.de. Ich kann meine eigene Organisation sehen und administrieren und auch noch drei weitere Organisationen, zu denen ich als Gast eingeladen wurde (diese Einladungen kommen von Teams Benutzern, die auch Geld für Teams bezahlen).

Dann habe ich eine weitere Einladung an meine E-Mail Adresse erhalten, die ich mit meinem persönlichen Teams Konto nicht annehmen konnte. Beim Klicken auf die Einladung wurde ich aufgefordert ein Unternehmenskonto für Teams zu erstellen. Das habe ich dann getan. Nun habe ich zwei Konten für die selbe E-Mail Adresse (1x persönliches Konto, 1x Unternehmenskonto).

In den Clients für Windows und Linux habe ich Probleme zwischen den Organisationen zu wechseln. Ich vermute es liegt daran, dass sie mit unterschiedlichen Arten von Konten verknüpft sind, die jedoch auf die selbe E-Mail Adresse lauten.

Ich habe auch schon versucht beide Konten parallel laufen zu lassen ("Persönliches Konto hinzufügen"), doch es hilft nichts. 

Die App für Android macht keine Probleme. Auch hier sehe ich alle Organisationen, in denen ich Mitglied bin. Ich kann problemlos zwischen den Organisationen wechseln ohne Abmeldung oder Anmeldung in der App. So würde ich es mir auch am Windows und Linux Computer vorstellen.

Was ist das Problem? Liegt es an den Clients (im Android Client funktioniert es ja)? Kann ich nachträglich die beiden Konten zusammenlegen? Warum benötige ich überhaupt zwei verschiedene Konten?

Hi! Mobile clients support multiple accounts. In this case you have a enterprise and a personal account tied to the same address!

When you log into teama desktop you should get the question to use either personal or school/work account!

This is exactly what is happening.

After I logged in to one of my accounts I can choose from all of the organisations I have (from both accounts!). When choosing accounts linked to my personal account, I get an error "you dont have access to this organisation". It doesn't whether I logged in to the personal or school/work account, I can only join the organisation linked to the school/work account.

When I am in this organisation using my school/work account I can add a personal account. Thats what I did and now I have two windows/instances of teams running on my computer. One window for personal account, using the organisation "Personal", one window for school/work account.

In both windows I can see and pick other organisations. However, I cannot switch to them, getting the error "you dont have access to this organisation".

I think there is some confusion about the two kinds of account. I dont know if its related to MIcrosoft or the Teams Windows App or if its maybe about my Windows 10 account management.  I see both accounts (with same email adress) in my list of "accounts used by other apps" in Windows 10.
