@adam deltinger myself and my team are all having this issue. Seems to have been going on for some time looking through the questions. We didn't always have his issue, worked fine for a month or two, now that message is constant, every minute or two. It doesn't reconnect and we have to constantly select refresh/restart it. Notifications won't come through for us but yet they send...strange. We use this app heavily and it's really had a negative impact. Not sure why it would have worked without issue for some time then all of a sudden we all have this issue. It is my understanding that others in the company are experiencing the same.

Apologies for the delay response. The issue was identified to be a network appliance issue.

@adam deltinger As soon as I connect any VPN on my office laptop issue starts. Disconnecting VPN will resolved the issue. Its is definitely not the network because I tried multiple networks and Teams and Skype traffic is not going through VPN. Non of my colleague is facing this issue.

Should not be Firewall issue as it works without connecting to VPN
