We couldn't add a buddy to the group

[Manikandan Gunasekaran]

A user in my client office is getting this "We couldn't add a buddy to the group" error to add another user. She does have a group within the company but it restricts adding some users particularly. I tried some basic troubleshooting like version update check, logout, and login teams.... but no luck

Any other tips to try?

tried all the options but still the same error appears for many users @ThereseSolimeno
