When using an AA that then goes to a call queue, that eventually goes to a voicemail that goes in a shared mailbox, the message does not have the phone #. It has the callerid, but that isn't very useful. "From" field is blank. If the caller doesn't leave their phone # in the actual voicemail there is no way to find out the # of who called. Any ideas?
