Voice Mail search folder missing from mailbox

So, this one is interesting.  The "Root\Finder\Voice Mail" search folder has gone missing from my o365 mailbox, which seems to be the source of the Teams client being broken.

Teams is sad.Teams is sad.

Looking in EWSEditor, there's no search folder for "Voice Mail"

Looking a another mailbox, it's present:

Yet in the Outlook client, there is still a "Voice Mail" search folder that does actually show the voicemails:
But Outlook has it...But Outlook has it...
So... how does one go about restoring this to repair the Teams client?
(outlook.exe /resetfolders does not do the repair)

This is related to TM252025 - a known service issue with Teams.

As of 4/26 it appears to be mostly resolved (93% per service health update).
This does seem to require a full restart of the Teams client to fully resolve.
