Virtual appointments

Copper Contributor

Hello,

Some clinicians at my org are looking to use virtual appointments in a healthcare settings for group classes with patients. When this has been setup, are the patients able to see each others email addresses?

Thanks

Richard

@Richard_Tilford Hi, yes when using Teams signed in with an account the participants will see the others email addresses. But, if you allow (your org. allow) "anonymous join" to a meeting you can send out a meeting invite/link not requiring signed in users. I.e. they join the meeting without being signed in with their accounts. That will take them to the meeting join prompt below where they simply enter their preferred name and click on join now.
