Hi all! 

 

In our company we are such a huge fan of Teams and keep on integrating Teams based solutions for a whole range of "problems". 

 

At the moment we have a problem with viewing files on a mobile device. 

We have a Team where we store a whole lot of pictures that are shared with somebody outside of our organisation. There are around 400 pictures that need to be accessible both on laptop and on a mobile device. 

 

When we open the files tab on a mobile device we only see around 100 pictures. 

I don't find anything related to this online. :( 

Also, we need to open and close each individual picture. There is no possibility to swipe through the pictures. 

 

Does anybody have an idea on what could cause this? 

Any help would be very helpfull!

Please check data retention policies defined in the  tenant

Hi,

I have checked the retention policies but found nothing related to my problem.
Could you please explain what I can change in these policies to possibly fix this issue.
