I have a user that is using an external camera for Teams. She will be able join the meeting no problem. However, 10-15 minutes into the meeting, her video will freeze up. She unplugs the camera and plugs it back in, that will work for about 10-15 minutes also. Audio is fine, everyone can hear her and she can hear them. We tried different camera and a new usb extension cable. Anything else I could try?
