Uunable to sig into Microsoft Teams

Hi,  I've just tried to sign into teams for the first time and I keep gettting this message;-

Message: AADSTS7000112: Application '5e3ce6c0-2b1f-4285-8d4b-75ee78787346'(Microsoft Teams Web Client) is disabled.

I've tried incognito mode and I've cleared browsing cache, I've looked at and followed various articles to try and gain access.  We are a small cahrity so we don't have IT support or an admin, can anyone help?
