I'm using Teams with a client that won't use Zoom, so I only use it to schedule a video conference with them. I schedule the meeting and "invite" them or send them the link. When it's time for the meeting, they can join but many times I can't (the link doesn't navigate me to a meeting). When I chatted with MS tech support they suggested I get an email other than gmail and directed me to this forum. Does anyone have guidance on how I can troubleshoot? Thank you so much!
