We use Dial by Name as part of our Auto Attendant call flow. My problem is I have 2 users with the same name. The auto-attendant says "Press 1 for John Smith. Press 2 for John Smith". Anyone have a fix for this?
Are you able to differentiate the user principal name in the resource account? @Ryan Gauthier Either using a middle initial or a department (John Smith - accounting, John Smith -HR, John R. Smith, etc)?
