First, you'll want to make sure your webcam is a Teams-enabled device for the best performance: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/microsoft-teams/across-devices/devices/category?device...

Second, if your camera doesn't include instructions in the box, you can search for instructions on how to add an external camera to a laptop (there were several articles available when I did a Bing search but since they are not Microsoft-verified, I can't post them here).
