Users status offline after Interop update

Hi All

 

I have an issue where a client has updated their interop for Islands to Meetings first... now all users presence is shown offline.  They are on premise users with hybrid set up.  any suggestions?

Hi Ben, how long have they waited for Office 365 propagation to occur? We've seen similar ourselves whereby the change has been made and whilst the users can sign in, their presence shows offline. In our case, we waited around 12 hours and user presence then started to show correctly, this is consistent with replication within Office 365.
