user-side call detail missing in Teams meeting & call reporting

In TAC, I have noticed that all of the call detail for the user side of calls and meetings is missing in our tenant.  I suspect this is due to something blocking client access to a telemetry endpoint somewhere.  Are these endpoints specifically documented anywhere so I can investigate?

As per my understanding and research there are multiple reasons which could be causing the issue with the telemetry of endpoint. There is no specific list maintained for the same.
