User cannot turn on captions

Hi - we have a user who does not have the option to turn on captions in Teams meetings. The policy is switched on in admin centre, this is the only user in 10,000 who has reported this. The option just does not appear. User is using desktop client.

Has anybody experienced this issue?

@Kotus-Tech Interesting - please have them report this issue.  There should be a little question mark in the lower left hand side of the client - click on that and submit the issue so our team is aware of that.
