User cannot login to Online Teams after surname change.

Please i need your help on this issue.


User changed her surname. everything seems fine apart from logging into Team online, using a browser.


There are some random issues such disconnecting when sharing screen using Team (desktop version).


Here is the screenshot of the error message:

Seems like the user is trying to login with an incorrect UPN. Can you validate the same if the user is using the correct UPN and the Password?
