URGENT - OneDrive access

Many students in my school are getting the below message, though OneDrive is displayed under Apps and permissions.

Hence they are unable to access the Class Notebook, Assignments, etc in MS Teams.

Could you please let me know the reason.

Usually this happens when someone is logged into their personal outlook accounts / Microsoft accounts prior to clicking a link in the browser, or could be different browser profile too. Anyway if it’s all users then there is a permission issue with the resource being accessed. Can you elaborate a bit more on if this is the users accessing their own one drives? All users having issue or some? Etc.
