Update Theme in Ms Teams issue

I am trying to change Team's profile picture, but it just keep running with "Saving Change" message.

I have to force quit the application. Any one can suggest solution? I tried both, the desktop app and web version

Well, you could just change your avatar via www.office.com, login with your credential and upload the picture then it will apply to Teams.

I think u're refer to change the picture for a Channel in Teams, as you cannot edit the avatar with group chat.

Try to check your network connection and switch to another network, e.g. personal hotspot should fix your issue.
