Unknown User Teams login

Hello, I am loged into my account at Teams, and my email appears at the top, but nothing loads and it marks me as an Unknown User. I tried to log in incognito and the error persist.

@LucianoConde1   We had a similar issue today so I wanted to post here in case anyone else is having this issue.  We were logging into a MSTeams Deskphone.  It showed logged in on the Teams Admin Console but the device showed unknown user and was only showing Voicemail on the display.  The issues persisted under multiple users in our tenant and after several factory resets.  Our vendor assigned us a Test Account on their tenant and we factory reset it again and then logged in with their test account and it worked fine.  We logged out and then back in with our accounts and it is working fine now.
