Unable to use Teams (web, desktop app or mobile).

It doesn't matter if it is the web version or desktop app or mobile version, I have a friend that is unable to login.  It was working all fine a couple of weeks ago but suddenly it was not anymore.  When he tries to log in he gets the circle that indicates that he should wait for everything to load.  The problem is that nothing loads and the circle stays there indefinitely.   For some reason, I think the problem is his account because I used my account to log in and Teams loaded and worked fine on his computer.  He is using a free teams account.

 

What should I do?  Thanks.
