@pennieclarke Hello, as it worked previously (?) and now others are affected as well I would reach out the administrator to verify the permissions for the team/s and its underlying SharePoint site. Other than that you can try using Teams online (InPrivate/Incognito) to see if the problem is the same there, open it in the SharePoint view (button from within Teams as well) and perhaps do a manual sign out / sign in from the top right corner in Teams to refresh all settings/permissions.
