Unable to transfer calls to a call queue

Hello.

I need your help.

 

The issue started occurring around 13:30 today and the issue is affecting all our users (so approximately 600 staff).

The call came in from a UK phone number and I tried to transfer it to our call queue called ICT Helpdesk the call does not complete.

Further testing has shown that this issue does not appear to be occurring in the web client however it is still occurring in the desktop client.

Hi,

Seems to be the issue on the Microsoft backend which is causing the problem. Need to investigate the issue with the Microsoft Product Team.

Recommend to open a request with the Microsoft for the same,

I have this problem on our desktop apps too, but not on https://teams.microsoft.com/
It is definitely a broken update from Microsoft and I will raise it with them.
