Hey everyone, we are looking to use Teams as our primary meetings platform but we are running into an issue with starting the meetings. When users join via phone using the dial in option they are just placed into a lobby. It seems they either need the host pin or for someone to join via the Teams desktop APP for the meeting to actually start and allow them to exit the lobby. Is there any way to change this so that users can join/start the meeting without the pin via phone?

SolutionHello @mwatts1630 Has your administrator enabled guests to bypass the lobby?
