Hello,
I'm trying to set my domain up with the free version of teams so we can see if it's something we want to implement. If I try signing up with my email user@mydomain.com I get an error:
user@mydomain.com hasn't been added to your organization's directory. Contact your admin or try a different email.
We don't have an O365 account, everything is on prem. What should I do to get this issue sorted ?

Just tried to create my account using the step-by-step guide but as expected, I still have the same error message when trying to sign-up.

@GCassan Choose a different email address when setting it up and do it from an InPrivate/Incognito window.

@ChristianBergstromThanks, obviously if I try to use another mail address not from @mydomain.com I'll be able to sign up, but I really need to create accounts and sign up on mydomain.com.
What should I do then ?

@GCassan It seems as if your choice of mydomain.com is already set up, at least that's how I interpret it from your description. Perhaps it's best to get in touch with the official Microsoft support or maybe start here https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us
