Unable to setup a Teams call

Hello Teams Community 


Please i need your help on this.


When users are trying to set up a teams call, they get the error message "It seems that we couldn't setup your call due to your network configuration" 




When they retry the call setup, the call comes through.


These users are working through a SSLVPN connection, the traffic for Teams is being split at the users, using the following document: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/enterprise/urls-and-ip-address-ranges?view=o365-world...

Is it possible that this list is incomplete? Because we can still see some Teams traffic, originating from VPN users, towards Microsoft IP's that are unlisted in that document.
