After PC reboot, Outlook and Microsoft Teams are broken. Have tried to create new profile but still doesn't work.

I get the impression that it did work but doesn't now. It could be as simply as follow this procedure then.

-Restart the Teams desktop client.
-Sign out and then sign back in to the Teams desktop client.
-Restart the Outlook desktop client.

This problem is currently having to some of our users.

After the windows 10 updates was done some of our users were unable to sign in to outlook and Microsoft Teams.

When they try to sign in to outlook they keep getting credentials incorrect error even though the credentials are correct. On Teams, it keep saying ‘something went wrong’ after they input their credentials.

Has anyone come across this issue.
