Unable to set a call on teams with people outside our organization

Please i need your help on this issue.

We are unable to set teams calls with people outside of the organization. I checked teams admin center to Allow guest access in Teams set to "On".

Here is the license assigned to the affected user

Hi,

Can you please check your federation setting for the Tenant? Seems to be the issue either on your tenant or on the opposite Tenant with regards to the federation configuration.
