Unable to register for Microsoft Meetings

Unable to upload and register on Dell computer with WINDOWS 10. 
Error message - Says already registered by someone in the "group" but this is the first time and on a personal computer. . 
Microsoft support person was unable to assist me when they accessed my computer today. 
any suggestions?

@BG_NZ58 Can you explain some more what you are trying to do? Maybe if you can attach some pictures of the error/problem.
