Hi All,

One user in our company is unable to login to Teams on his iPhone (IOS12.2) The message is "No Teams orgs yet" It looks like your not using Teams yet. Have someone invite you to use the app, or set up Teams for your org. If you just create a new organisation, try clicking the link in your email.

The user in question can login and use Teams on his Windows 10 desktop.

I can login to Teams on this users iPhone.

Tried reinstalling Teams.

Reboot handset.

Clear application data on iPhone.

Tried logging in using my ID and then changing to the user who can't login.

Tried selecting Dismiss and then logging in.

The user can login and use Teams on another mobile device i.e Android.

Would like to avoid a factory reset of the employees iPhone.

Steve

Check Microsoft Authentication app. It probably has that user cached and may even be using the same login but personal version of that login. Check for that account and remove from authenticator, my guess it's going to stem from that.

@Chris Webb  I have the same issue.

I removed the information from the Microsoft Authentication App, removed my OneDrive app and Teams and the Authenticator. Reinstalled Teams. Restarted my phone. Cleared my history in Safari. Nothing helps.
