Hello

I have a problem with a teams account.
I was on a call with a colleague and I couldn't hear his voice. The correct devices are connected in the device settings. I made a test call to him and to me and the microphone was recognized on both.
Here's what I tried.

Updates Teams / Win10
New Installation
( I am in the apprenticeship as systemegineer and I am trying to learn )

We are having a similar issue when a call is forwarded, but I havnt had the time to look into it.

Fist place I would look is how the gateway is handling the call.
e.g. 'early-media'
