Unable to access Messaging Policies on Teams Admin Center

Hi,

I'm trying to change some policies on Teams Admin Center but I can't find it. Following a tutorial, it says to access teams admin center and click on Messaging policies, but on my dashboard doesn't have this option (view image below).

Is there something that I have to set on?

Strange, you should have them just bellow Meetings

is Messaging Policies unavailable for Free Teams version?
