I was wondering if Microsoft Teams has the ability, or is in the process of building the functionality, to disable notifications on a meetings. My organization frequently has recurring meetings that are on my calendar so it would be nice to be able to disable notifications, similar to unfollowing a specific channel, if I am unable to attend the meeting.

@Jamie Schiesel Has this issue been resolved? I have been unable to find a solution as this is my issue too. We are getting way too many notifications and email invites to all of the Teams classes we are members of. We attend maybe once a month and as a member just have the ability to "pop" in as needed. But we don't need the invites that go out to the entire class every single day.
