Turn off showing channel details

We would like NOT TO SEE all those details "person 1 added person 2", is this possible ?

We want to deactivate these details from group conversations and channels.

@AmeliaDaguet Hello, this is ongoing! They say it's been launched as per the roadmap but in my own org. it's really inconsistent so it sure isn't competed.
