Trying to configure 3PIP SIP devices

Please i need help on this issue

 

I am trying to Add a Yealink Sip device Model T43U. When i dial the activation feature code *55* [the code] then the phone gives a request time out and does nothing. will you please check the admin.teams center for next license ?
