I had a fiasco of a webinar today. Normally in Teams it’s easy to attach a file in chat. Today using PowerPoint Live, the attach file option didn’t seem to exist. (Is this a limitation of PowerPoint live?). I was teaching a class and needed them to have a PDF handout available for an activity.
Then I tried to send the audience to breakout rooms. Usually I just have to say how many people per room and it assigns participants automatically. Today in PowerPoint live, the only option available was for me to assign people to rooms manually. With 180 people on the call, that wasn’t feasible. Is this another limitation of PowerPoint Live?
